IS there such a thing as a percentage script. For example, a vendor wants to give the landlord 10% of their earnings on a particular item, once the item sells, the owner of the object receives the 90% and the 10% goes to the landlord. I am sure there is one out there, but havent been able to track it down! thanks Olive

There is a simple vendor script that will allow a percentage to be split between two accounts, yes.
