Bastillion Bachman, longstanding and well known resident of Caledon, is now appointed to the position of Ambassador to the sim of Neufreistadt.

We'd swap flags, if the Neufeistadt folks come up with one

Why do all the user-government projects have names that no one can spell? There's Neualtbrug, Newfeistat, and Cellodome. I'm going to name the next one "Fred".

Caledon is usually misquoted as Celadon (a lovely Korean pottery, by the way: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celadon) and incidentally the name of someone else's sim.

I have *no doubt* that we have sent a few wondering visitors that way; I really ought to go there and see what it's like.

(ps: forum posts never did get Caledon on the map. It was a combination of being discovered by the Steampunks, the lovely Yuriko Muromachi's clothing acting as a draw, and putting a notice out at West Trade. shhhhh )

Are you implying that I had the Political Science forum created as a way to advertise Neualtenburg Phase II, a now-defunct experimental political sim? Most definitely not! It was to promote discussions on self-organization in SL.

However, I will give you that I am absolutely notorious for turning posts into advertisements for my project, so that's a vice we share. Perhaps we could talk about it in the Port of Neualtenburg in the sim of Funadama. I'll take you for a spin on one of my unique chicken racers. They're only L$200 for white and copper and L$400 for black.
