the pros and cons of each type? the pros of most systems is that they try to empower people through some salient mechanism. the cons of most systems is that they require voters to participate and be informed - something that many people fail at doing. _____________________

Spamming is defined in the forum guidelines as "multiple posts of the same topic or discussion". My posts are on distinct topics and are thus not spam.
