I'm a T11 licensed member of DGHT in RL and I at first want to ask, what kind of turtles do you have? Most turtle will starve to death in a terrarium! You most likely need a garden, perhaps a small lake, some plants, a quarter for the winter, and some low greenhouse to warm up in spring. Some turtle have a winter season. So you either need to prepare a chest in your basement, a vine cellar at 6 or 7 degree celsius is perfect for most of those. You need a good fence to keep neighbors cats out with a concrete grounding for some turtles at least 6 meters deep into the earth around your parcel border, else they might dig their way into neighborhood parcel within a year. ciao,Kephra DGHT: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Herpetologie und Terrarienkunde |
