Burning logs?

I want to make a bonfire - can't find anything I particularly like on SLEX (and I'd like to add some of my own features anyway). I have some good fire, and some nice logs, but I don't have any burning logs!

Looking for the objects or textures - mod/copy (transfer not required). Either that, or an existing fire that's mod/copy which I can pull to pieces and use!

Any suggestions?

Jack Linden's campfire is probably what most people use for the fire part. I just put one out that is full perms and copyable by everyone at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Masan/99/22/39 to show off my ring of rocks around a fire. Close to that fire is a 3 log fireplace fire that you can look at for a different take on fire. It is *not* what you want, but it may give you ideas. Those flames were created in GIMP using the flame generator.

Heheheh, thank you - you might be right from the sounds of it, fire isn't what I want! Just burning log objects or textures.

Thanks anyway, though. Anyone have any suggestions for burning/smoulering wood?

ooh. I did make some glowing coals for my hibachi. If I can find them (if I didn't helpfully name them "object" they might be useful.
