Hi,

I was wondering if any really good skin creators would be interested in creating two custom skins for me.

The skin I have now has facial features that are very pleasing and a very satisfying approximation of my actual appearance. I have worn the same skin the entire time I have been in-world over a customized shape, and do not want to change. However, I have some problems.

I would like the skin to have suntan oil and bikini lines. I would also like it to have tribal tattoos in various places - one going from just above my you know what to just below my breasts in front, one going from my tail bone to mid/upper back, and some tribal thorns or bands encircling my upper arms. It has been a frustrating struggle to maintain my look when application of suntan oil means I can't wear tattoos, and vice versa.

I need someone who can mimic my facial features either after seeing me in world or in a photograph of my avie. Then, I need two variations - one with alabaster/light skin like my own in RL, and one with a tan.

I am prepared to pay whatever it takes for these. I only ask for the design to be a one-off , that the designer be top notch, and that the makeup (lipstick & eyeshadow) is tintable. If anyone is interested, please IM me in-world and give me a quote for the work, approximate delivery time, payment terms, and a list of what I need to provide.

Try Chip Midnight or Namssor Daguerre. Both offer the service of a custom skin done from facial photos. Based on my memory of prices for such things, for the things you want, expect to pay at least US $400.00. Search for either using the Search function in Second Life. Namssor maintains a website with information on his service. I don't know if Chip does. You can find any website links by looking at their profiles or possibly also going to their stores and looking at display materials.

Thank you so much! I was thinking of Chip but I wanted to put feelers out anyway in case someone wanted to take it on. I was actually expecting to pay a lot more than 400L...

I did custom skins a while ago. Mostly for company CEO's. I charge US250 for a complete skin based on RL photos, but your request might be easier.

isn't there a "machine" that custome textures your face for a skin?
i could've sworn there was, and it was only like 3-4k

Head to Avatar Island... It's in the mid to upper 2k region. Of course thats just the head. You'd have to do the rest yourself or have someone else do it, but it would be a load cheaper. The quality is good but Im sure if you were to spend hundreds of dollars you'd be able to see every last detail.

Try Ina Centuar she makes custom skins .. and does it very well.. She made a Matt Damon for us that is just amazing.
