Either I'll buy the template from you to edit, or you can customize it to what I need and sell it in my shop, I can't say exactly what I need here, but if anyone that makes mens suits/tuxes and womens formal dresses may please contact me in world to discuss, I'd be most obliged for your time and advice.

Maybe I need to try another classifieds approach, cuz appearantly the content creators that I need (clothing and furniture makers) are not recognizing that there is a willing and anxious buyer in their hands.
