Looking for a special TV Script [see details]

I'm looking for a script that shows a bot screen image in a TV when I touch it the first time, loop another images when I touch the second time and shut down when I touch the third.

Ex.:

Touch 1 = Put the TV ON (showing the bot screen image)
Touch 2 = Start the image loop (or a video loop if possible)
Touch 3 = Shut Down the TV


Ok, maybe that script don't is so hard to make but... I want all this working in TWO screens... yeah... two syncronized screens answering the touchs at same time (like if the second screen responses the touches of the other screen)
