Avatar mesh as set of sculpted prims

I am looking for someone who either has done this already or could create a set of sculpted prims out of the female avatar mesh that is downloadable from the SL website. This would be 16 prims - 3 for each limb, 3 for the body, and the head - just like the parts are organised for animation making. The addition of realistic looking genitals would be great. The hands should come in 2 versions, one with spread fingers which is the default, and another with closed fingers but stretched out to make a plain surface with the palm, only the thumb stretched away 90 degrees. The joints should not be open like in QAnimator, but form a closed shape so that all the prims could be put together to form a realistic looking mannequin. I'm not sure yet how to handle the joints when parts are arranged to a pose different from the default, they might not fit each other. Could it be this only makes sense after the pose is done? Please advise.
