QUALITY building textures

Hi All

I need some really swish wall/floor textures, with shading, seamless. I have looked through Xtreet but, basically can't seem to find anything nice...its difficult to navigate through all the stuff!! I want them to look good, with shading and things the high quality type of textures, something light and modern, not dark.

If anyone can post me some links to the exchange where i can buy some? Or Landmarks in SL that would be great.

I haven't looked through his stuff extensively, but I've been very impressed with Builder's Choice textures by Bob Bunderfeld - I'm pretty sure he's on XStreet if you do a search on his name, and his profile will take you to his store.

Also try USC Textures by Eagle Wilder - I don't know if he offers the packs with the baked lighting effects, though. At least some of his stuff is on XStreet, but you may want to visit the USC Texture Tomb in-world to make sure you see it all.
