When in doubt I tend to hit http://xstreetsl.com and http://onrez.com/ then type in whatever I'm looking for. I find those sites make it far easier to browse for things than looking around on second life. Then I'll do a search for the creators in Second Life and drop by their shops so I can look at things closer.
With a quick glance the nicest ones seem to be from Faeries & Skullz (http://xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=601408) and Dark Eden (http://shop.onrez.com/item/658387) which aren't really angel/demons but they look similarish. If you're looking for something more cartoony there's http://shop.onrez.com/item/634623. If you're looking for less detailed there's http://shop.onrez.com/item/353386 . I also seem to think Wynx Whiplash might have some cat-demons to sit on shoulders. Not sure about the angels. |

The guy who makes Puppetteer has Angel/Devil figurines, that sit on shoulders and are animated.
