I had some one request a product with the following details. What would be a reasonable price to charge? (Note: this was a conversation and i removed the name for privacy)

it's called dai hin min
a variation is called Asshole in western countries
the point is card elimination
it relies on central cards being displayed,
because i want it to allow variable numbers of players
it will somehow need to figure out clockwise locations of players though
and use a HUD for each person's hand
[and preferably sort that hand, but that's not required if it's too difficult
the players go around putting cards equal or higher to the ones placed by the player before them
and there are specific rules about how that all works
and after a round, the first person to get rid of their cards gets the 2 best cards from the person who lost
and also chooses 2 cards to give to the loser
and the same but for only one card is true with the 2nd place winner and 2nd place loser
im hoping to make it a small central object that displays the latest cards played
and a HUD that connects to the central part
:there should also be a menu with some basic options for the dealer
i'd also need it to be full perm

I'd suggest you consider the price in terms of the time it takes you to do the work, and unless you have a library of card-game scripts to hand that can be thrown together to make this particular game, I suspect it will be quite a lot of time.

I doubt I'd be able to do it properly in less than a week - and by that I mean a full-time RL 40-hour week. I'd be asking for L$100,000 at the very least, which works out around £6 (US$10-ish) an hour; better than the minimum wage, but still laughable for the services of a competent craftsman.
