I need the Fin to be all Prim... does not need to be flexi, if you can find a way to make some parts flexi BY ALL MEANS! hehe if you think you are up to it, please contact me in-world. You might want to censor that first pic, nudity in pictures isn't allowed.  A couple of places already make mermaid tails and avatars-- EmeraldEver Cline (don't know her shop name) and Grendel's Children (sim name, Avaria) are the first two that come to mind. You may want to check there first. Good luck!
