Looking for a high rise building to use for apartments

In the future, I am looking to maybe open up my own apartment complex. I am in search of a good high rise apartment building which can be anywhere from 4-10 floors, low prim and the ability for me to install my own elevator as well. If anyone can help me out, let me know. I did purchase the hotel/resort building that you would see if you teleported to the four points hotel and resort on Fire Island and my building is a lot different than the one overthere and I would have to make heavy mods to it of which I don't know how to do and don't have the place to do it either.

You also need to understand too that I do not have land for a megaprim building of that size as of yet. I want to be able to make the modifications first and then buy the land for it if I'm serious about doing this. So if you can, feel free to IM me in world when I'm available or send me a notecard. I will be needing help as well at finding what maybe best for the building too.
