Custom Hair makers?

I've been trying to find someone to make me a custom hair but wasn't really sucessful <.<
I need a very specific hair for my roleplay character, and have been searching for something alike and didn't find it at all, I'd want something like this:

The Manga World Shop, in sim "Terra Toulouse", supposedly has a Grimmjow hair and mask - might want to take a look.

I've been there but it looks nothing close to the real hair. lol. Thankyou though
