Dreadlock ponytail hair? (Pics attached)

I've been watching VH1's 'I love the 90's' this morning (yeah, I know, trash TV!) and I'm blown away by how Susan Powter is currently wearing her hair. I'm attaching a couple of pics I found on the net-- not the best, but the only ones I could find.

It's pulled back into a high ponytail, and the ponytail is done up in little braids or dreadlocks, colored pink. The braids seem to go straight down the back sometimes, and frame the face sometimes.

Does anybody make hair like this? I haven't seen anything that's close enough. I'd love to find something similar-- no bangs, with lots of flexy braids. (It doesn't need to be pink.) Any ideas?

You might try at Booperfunk. I browsed their shop a few weeks ago. They have A LOT of really nice dreads, braids and afro's. Couldn't find the Kele Okereke look I was searching for, but oh well...
