Not sure if this is possible, but am looking for something that can work like this.

Say I have an empty room. is there anything out there that would allow me to create different rooms with various furniture...position it in the format I want, then de-rezz it and save locations, so I can just recall it and have the furniture rez at the point I saved it? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Woolich,

Would you mind throwing me some details about them, i myself am still trying to get my head around the details of how they work and what i need? I have heard a few "Tales" but it would be cool if someone could clear things up for me. :)

Cheers,

Hi!! Jacker...

Mainly two scripts. One for the master prim (master script), and another script for every object (slave script) of the decoration.

I have placed the master script in a simple pad.
Then, i place some objects for the decoration of the room. I put the slave script in each object. Using the pad (with master script) i record the position of every object in the room and then i placed all the objects inside the pad.
Next, i change the decoration of the room with new objects. And i repeat the recording step.

Every different decoration is placed inside the pad.

Then using the pad i can rezz the decoration i preffer previously stored inside the pad. I can make the pad visible or hided and also configure it to allow its use to others or to members of some group.

I have finished it last week, now i am writing instructions for it.

If you want more info or to see how it works send me an IM.
