Looking for "The Toaster" or similar texturing tool

I've recently heard about a tool called "The Toaster" made and distributed by Sol Columbia, for the purpose of texturing high prim items when different colors of the same item are needed. I've not been able to contact Sol Columbia, does anyone know how I may contact her or purchase this??

Or, of any other items that do something similar??
