Hi,
Sometimes I like to shed my princess ball gowns, and stroll around in army gear. I really want a female skin that has camouflage face and exposed skin. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good quality female camouflage skin? I thought about tattoos, but that wouldn't work for the face, I don't think. But if you know of tattoos, I'd welcome those suggestions too.

why not a camouflage tattoo that wraps around your body exposing bits and pieces of bare flesh?

That would be find for the body, but I want it on my face, and I don't think you can get a face tattoo. Tattoos are usually made on undershirts or other clothing layers. There is no equivalent for the face. That's why I think it probably has to be a skin.
