4096sq COMMERCIAL plot with good traffic

I moved into new land last month for 6900 or something monthly, the sim was new and I was the 2nd tenant, now most plots have been purchased and most are residential places and theres one afk casino.

I moved to a small plot due to pricing (had a 8000sq plot) but the crossover foot traffic was great. Now I have none.

I am currently rebranding so i'm not at full operation but in-world profits have been grim since being on this sim.

Rent is up in 3 days so I am looking for a good plot on a good commercial sim with nice traffic. Please dont beat around the bush , I mean decent to good traffic. The real estate listings say good traffic but when I look its like '15'.

I am prepared to pay right away as I need new land in 3 days.

This plot gets great cross traffic as it is between several rental sims and a commercial rental sim. The main rental shop is very close to it as well. It is PERFECT for a shop.
