Looking for a Boat or float script

I am looking for a script that will let an item float in the water, not a rotation script and not a tube script, I dont want the Avies arms to move. I want the object to move with your arrow keys and so the object sits ontop of the water not sinks *already ran into this problem*

What's the av doing while this is happening? What I mean is, are you looking for some sort of vehicle on which the av is sitting or for some sort of remote controlled object that moves around with the av standing on the shore, watching?
