Hi Im relativley new to SL and im still not sure about the difference between gestures and animations, Im really looking for whatever it is that allows the avatar to make sounds such as woot, hoooo, howl etc. I would be grateful for any recommended Lms where I could buy these.

That's a gesture, and please don't buy the whooo gesture, we have been hearing that for 3+ years now and people won't really like it, trust me. The best animations I have seen retail are Bits & Bobs, by far. They are seamless, have no distortions on their loops.

Yeah, all the gestures you mentioned are guaranteed to a) make you look like the noobiest of newbies and b) annoy the hell out of anyone who's been in SL for more than a couple of months. Not a good way to make friends and acquaintances. If you absolutely MUST have gestures with sounds, make sure the sound is brief and that you use it sparingly.

Hi Thanks for your advice  I can see how they would get annoying after a bit. I will give up my search as a bad job then lol.
