Activate object to SAY by object that comes near!

Hi there,

i have a touring train and what i want is when the train(Object A) comes near object B. Object B is saying a line in order to give them information about the area.

Does that excist and where can i find it?

That script is used in products made by The Guided Tour Company. but the script would be in the moving item not a static one. Anyone the owner of those products may have the script for you.
