hello all

im wonderering if this item exists, I have rental properties on the same parcel of land,
what i am looking for is a TV/Media player what i can put in these rentals, which each tenant can idependantly use without it affecting the other people on the same parcel of land,

So basically each unit will have a media player, Can watch want they want with the nieghboors watching thier player on a different channel with out them hearing each other,
all on the same parcel of land, with the one media setting in the land,

Also needs to be simple to use,

thanks in advance,

this does not exist.
Each TV (stream) needs his own parcel because the media settings are parcel settings and not device (tv) settings

but you can cut up your parcel of land .. give each tenant their own stream.. but each tv needs it's own parcel.. that's just how tvs work. good luck

NHC Media Center

Awhile ago I was looking for the same thing. I found it ^.^ But theres plus and minuses.

Product - NHC Media Center
Creator - Sylvio Runo

It supports multiple TVs with 1 media center on the SAME parcel.
You can set it so that each tv can watch their own video. However what I have found out is, when you set it this way it allows Each AV to watch seperate things on the same tv. So... they cant watch together as a group in the same room :)

ALso, ive only tested the youtube function so far. You would have to read the product info for the rest
