Reporter animation- is there such a thing?

Right then, I didn't even know this particular forum area existed, but I thought I'd give it a go Y'see I would love to find an animation that makes it look as though I am writing notes in a notepad with a pen or pencil. The nearest I've found so far is a doodle pad, which is great fun but is too big and draws a picture. It's cool, but not actually what I am after. In all seriousness I'd be using this for interviewing people, so I'd want it to look quite professional.
So..my question is, does anyone know where I can find an animation such as this?

There's a shop on the Isle of Wyrms that has a 'spell book' and pen that is an AO for the typing..you might check there..or search for Typing AO...

Or talk nicely to someone who does animations and get a cool custom one. (You can IM me if you like)
