Custom Combat / RP system needed for large project.

We need a combat / RP system created for a series of sims we are bringing online. If you have experience programming like this and would like to bid on the job, please drop me a notecard or IM in world and I'll send you the tentative specs of the project. Only experienced web DB / LSL people need apply, you will be asked to provide examples or references of past work.
