Need a script to mirror a set of prims

I frequently make complicated prim items, and I could make the symmetrical ones twice as quickly if I could make the right or left half and use a script to create the mirror image. If such a thing exists, that would be awesome!

I have a piece I'm working on right now with 50 prims of mostly torus shape, with various tapers, cuts, and dimples. So, having a script to copy them will save me a day's work...

Please IM me in-world ASAP if you have a solution, if possible...
