Hi :) I am looking for a really nice, high quality small home for a 512m piece of land. I have been searching around and find that all the effort seems to go into really large estates and such, while the really small homes for small pieces of land, are usually not very good. Anyone have any suggestions for nice, high quality small homes??

Thanx :-)

I'm building one right now, 10/20 open concept with display shelf/room divider. It has some prim architectural features and a nice display niche, also some built in lighting. nothing scripted yet, but i can give you a copy of the work in progress - it's totally liveable as is. It's something like 50 prims - Drop me an IM in world if you'd like a copy.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Julia Hathor (Creative Fantasy) has some lovely cottages for small lots, too. My alt has one that already includes a garden:

I sell a 12 prim house that easily fits on a 512 lot. Here are some pictures from Slexchange:

Here is the furnished version which is 54 prims total - house and furniture

Here is the unfurnished version:
