Does such a thing already exist? I know it must be possible. I've seen qudrapedal avs around.

Lost Ferals, from Lost Furest Creatures and Bushbaby Productions, are releasing quadruped non-anthro AVs over the next few months.
Round 1 is Felines, due to be released in the next week or two.
Round 3 is Canines, due to be released a few weeks after that.
In the meantime, please to enjoy the below.

Werehouse has wolf avs that can switch between quadraped and anthro AOs (or something like that since I don't actually have one).
I'm sure there's other avatars around too. If you see someone with a quad avatar you can always try asking them where they got it and then searching the place yourself.

Go with Norathiel's suggestion... I bought a Quadroped white tiger AV there: BEST work I have ever seen! They also have demestic Quads as well... They are alittle pricey, but they are the most well done I have seen. The quad white tiger I got cost 1000L$, and it has a HUD with alot of poses/features. If you want, I can show you it. IM me(Eiji Mayo) and I will show you.
