Best Quality small items for home decor?

I hope to find:

small statues the type you might place on a bureau - Venus, things like that.

a vase with flowers in it - but not flat textures in a vase or pot. Sculpty or something like that. Something elegant.

A nice fur rug that 'looks real' for in front of a fireplace.

I also need nice lamps and a really nice chandelier.

Any other suggestions for those small touches in home decor are welcome.

(Oh - and cheap$ is great but free is even better, if anyone knows of any shops with some great home decor freebies - not boxy primary color things but nice quality please. Thanks so much.)
