Pert Boobies

Sick of my Gazungas so does anyone know of a shape that is 100% all Woman but with pert, pointy boobies?

The SL avatar mesh doesn't do pointy; if you look at yourself in profile you will see only a very slight hint of pointiness no matter how you adjust the shape sliders. The only way you can get a pointy effect is with shading in the skin (or in your clothing if you want a hint of nipple while dressed), or by wearing prim nipples. The latter only works when you are topless or naked; the prim nipples come right through your clothing.

As for pert, the most important setting is the breast buoyancy in your shape. Going all the way to zero looks peculiar to my eyes, but if you're looking for a youthful shape you want to stay toward the low end of the range. (Try starting at 25 and adjust from there; what looks best on you will interact with your breast size and your skin.) Also avoid maxing out the breast size slider, and adjust the breast cleavage to taste, and you're good to go. If you DO choose to go for the large breast sizes, also make sure to widen your shoulders and add a bit of torso muscle unless you WANT to look like you have implants.
