I am currently looking for a small rental parcel and after trawling the land and property sales thought I'd post here in the off-chance. I run a small boutique and want to move from my current rental shop into a small parcel (approx 75 - 100prims). You should look at ninjaland.net, they have tons of parcels for sale. Though the only problem is that their smallest pieces of land are 1024sqm 234prim. But on a good note, they're on the mainland and they're only L$500 weekly or you can set up a deal to trade builds for rent!
