I need a script menu

OK, we are building cars, just opened a car lot for PRIM cars. What i need is a menu for the car scripts... ya know... idle, burn, stop, start etc. I can do general scripting, but this is out of my league. And, would like a rezzing vendor to display the cars in that customers can click on and the car will rez infront of them.
