Looking for a sound scripter...

I am looking for a sound script that will contniuosly play the sounds loaded into a prim ((i.e. an instrument))...It has to be low lag...and full perm...open to all avatars ((ie not just owner))

Is this possible?

second script wanted....
a sound script for a instrument, with a drop down menu that will hold up to 11 different sounds...the sounds will loop, and when clicking on the prim the drop down menu will allow the avatar (any avatar not just avatar) to change the "song". It has to be low lag...and full perm.
