Employee Payment System needed

I need a payment system for my employees that allows me to add or remove them by name, lets me set the rate of pay per person and offer bonuses based on the number of avatars in the area for a given amount of time with again the rate set by me. It also needs to be smart enough to know that the employees are in the vicinity and active. Please contact me either thru PM here or in world. Thanks.
