Perfect Texture Vendor Wanted

I am looking for a Texture Vendor With all the Following Features:
+ To sell the Textures Individually;
+ To sell as a Texture Set;
+ Has an Anti-Theft Watermark;
+ Allows Tiling;
+ Light On/Light Off Feature;
+ To automatically share with another Avatar the income derived from a purchase;
+ An Info Note Card giving only the Name of the Texture; and,
+ Reset.
+ Give a separate Note Cards, especially for the Licensing Agreement;
+ Reset the display to a specific Texture I would like as a "First Impression" Texture;
+ Full set of instructions for the operation of the Vendor.

In sum, I would like a top-of-the-line full feature professional Texture Vendor that would include all the features describe above and other useful features I may not have thought of.
