The blonde hair looks so realistic because it's shading the face... it's either a touched-up photo or the skin has hair shadows baked in.

What was the original source of the artwork?
Is it a poster? a vendor? perhaps the person who created "whatever is being sold in that vendor" will know who the model was, and what hair they were wearing. Cause, comparing it to the demo of that lamb hair.. it's totally not the same at all. _____________________
