Have you tried looking at scripts in other vehicles (I know there are places with freebie vehicles and scripts)? I've seen some vehicles with floating type movements, too. I would hook you up, but I'm waiting for LL to get SL to work with Vista again and an unable to do anything in world.
Good luck with it! It sounds like an awesome idea.

Snowboard Script

There is a Freebie Snowboard with a script you may be able to adapt or ask somebody to adapt. The snowboards are available at my ski resort at Ayas (98, 154, 137).
