Hi It's me again:) Any helpful thoughts on where to shop for women's hair?
I love Calico's and Taunts! Any other ideas?

Do a search for Kin Keiko. Her hair is the bomb.

Kin's hair is good, and Deviant Kitties is good when I'm in a wilder mood. Most of my hair is from ETD, Elika does really nice work and has a lot to choose from. Here Comes Trouble and Gurl 6 make a lot of cute designs, although they tend not to work on me, for some reason. I have random things from other places, but I can't think of names at the moment.

Shameless self plug
05-16-2007 11:10
Yes this is a shameless self plug... But over the next week or so I'll be adding alot of retired styles from big sl hair designers to my nifty fifty shop. So you get quality name brand styles some with 89 colors in the set for $50L. Theres alot up now, but there will approx 20 new styles going up this week.

My favorites:

Influence by Naughty Designs. Naughty Island 82, 112, 23
I bought an upsweep 'do with tendrils called "Impassioned." None of the blondes looked right on me, but cocoa was good. Be sure to demo color as well as style.

H2L is a Japanese line. Designer's name is Hayate. Store is at Harajuku 108, 81, 23 . I bought "Frisky Bob" for something different and I find the medium size very flattering. I also got my favorite Red Brown there called "Akane", (more red than brown). I paid $200L. One nice thing: free demos!

I wish more demos were transferable! I hate trashing all those demos.

I just bought a couple of styles made by Rei Gully... can't think of the store name, but it's in her picks. Very nice work, worth the little extra trouble it takes to find it.

[ND] Naughty Designs (Lost Thereian) does some of the realist looking hair. He just came out with a lower prim sculptie style too.
