Specifically, I want to have an object in my store that, when a customer clicks on it, it checks a supplied list of customers and the products they own. If the person owns anything, the object sends them the relevant object from its inventory. I know such a thing is possible, some avatar makers use them, but I have yet to find one for sale. Any leads?

The web enabled Hippo vending system has that function if u use their vendors in your store and if u buy additional redelivery terminal i think for around 600L$. Search hippo technologies and check out his products.
