Tv/Radio for group owned land

Does anyone know of places to find a Tv and/or a radio that will work easily and well, and with more than one channel, on group owned land?

take a look at my lsDeejay Home Edition. You can pick it from my 'Deejay Sandbox' in 'Apoda' Sim for l$0

Its +mod,+copy,+trans and client server. So you rez a parcel server, deed it to the group, touch it once to prepare the parcel. You can next rez a client to switch music, video and others, and define in the notecard of this client who is allowed to switch the media. Mod this client to be big enough for a video screen to fit into your home. The client itself is small enough to be attached as a hud, so its possible to add media to this hud, that is not available to switch on the public media screen, but will show on the big screen to a private audience.

You can also change the llRegionSay channel, to allow several of them on same sim but different parcels. But the better practice for rentals would be to let the renter touch the server, after deed, and to give a screen to rez at own place.
