Does anyone know who sells a skin and shape as a package that looks nice? My best friend has joined SL and wants to look hot lol , she doesn't want to go through tweeking so wants the look right away....thanks

There are free skins/shapes for either male OR female, and each package (or most packages) should also include hair and eyes as well.

Then after that, clothing shopping - but there's lots of places to get decent clothing too, now, for very little.

PixelDolls has a number of nice human avatar sets upstairs..I think all under 300L for skin, shape, hair, eyes, clothes, and an AO.

try to find one of those $4-$10L business in a box resellers... they often have a decent set of skins that come with shapes and even some decent hair for VERY little linden.

You could spend no more than $10L and get 10 skins/shapes to choose from and probably find something she really likes.

If ya cant find any of the cheap resell packs, get ahold of me in game... i'll send you a copy of one i picked up for a friend just yesterday

Free Skin & Shape Packages

Hi, I just saw this post, if you come by our shoppe, Hearts Desire on the sim Urbane, you can pick up our free packages.

The skins were donated by top skin designers, and I made the shapes myself, and they're really nice. All are modifiable too, so you don't have to worry about not being able to customize them, you can do anything you want to the shape, and it's all for free.

I have put together 3 womens packages and 3 for men, again all are free. They come complete with modifiable shapes, clothing, hair, eyes, sexy skins ( and I do mean sexy ) donated as I said by two top skin designers in Second Life, and more! So, instead of going out and paying money for a package of a premade avatar that you can't modify to fit your likes, why not come in and get our free ones and change the features as you see fit?

At least you lose nothing by picking up the sets, they're free and worth the time of a teleport. You can't miss the sets they're on the wall to your left as soon as you enter Hearts Desire.
