Scripter wanted

I need a scripter to make the following:

I have a powerplant on my island, and I want a script to do this:
1. let people operate various functions in the powerplant
2. detect the time people spend operating
3. powerplant should only work for a period of time and need a person to operate it again to start it up.
4. IM me if the powerplant shuts off because no one "recharged" it or operated it to turn it on.

It would be extra good with advanced operation funktions, like click a series of buttens in a certain pattern. Shovel coal (need a scripted shovel worn in hand to do it). Pull levers or stuff like that. But we can discuss closer when job is taken.
