I'm looking to buy seaweeds textures but should be realistic looking textures. Might buy seaweeds themselves if they're not prim crazy.

Julia Hathor has used some hanging seaweed/moss in this build "King Neptune's Grotto (pics at link below). You might contact her to find out whether she sells it, or if she could tell you where she got it.

This is where I saw them but she doesn't sell them in textures or loose like that.

how about hanging moss or hanging ivy, only upside down?

What exactly are you looking for? A kelp bed? A clump of seaweed on the beach? Close up tileable seaweed leaves?
