Sign Updater Script?

I'm looking to beg, borrow, buy a script that would update the notecard in objects (signs) across a number of sims, at once. This to be done by the owner of the signs, without visiting the location of each sign (once the scripts are initially placed in the signs). Is this possible, is this something already on the market and I haven't been using the right search terms?
Edit done: this is something I'm asking aboutthis for someone else and did not understand clearly the first time.

There is no way to update a notecard using scripts...

Hello, the way you describe it that is not possible, but there's another solution for it that won't make any difference for you or for the notecard receivers. I already have made some scripts which I can rewrite to extract the relevant parts and adapt them for your needs. If you're still interested please IM me inworld to discuss the details.

Thanks for your input Xhawkx! As i mentioned in the edit above, I'm basically doing this for someone else and I have to get her input. Won't leave anybody who has IMed me hanging.
