Swing or Rocking Script - Scripter Services needed

I am searching for a script to use in some furnishings I am making. I have one that comes very close but still is a little wacky for what I am wanting.

I need a slow smooth gliding script without a lot of arc. I need a script that will turn direction relative to the root prim and not drift.

I want one that my customers dont have to reset each time nor do I want to have to make the item mod.

So that someone can rotate the root prim and have it work correctly WITHOUT resetting the script.

If anyone has or knows of one, or perhaps even a good scripter that is willing to fix one up for me, or even tweak the one I have to work ....please contact me.
