Looking for New Year's Eve items.
Quality items only please. (Please, no flat prim textures. I want 'real' items.)
I need decorations for outdoors, maybe some fireworks, a ball drop (found one on X Street but hoping to get one I can see in person), and little hats and glasses and noise makers to give out.
If you know where to get any of that, please let me know. Also you can make suggestions for other things. A champagne fountain might be nice. And so on.
I normally do all my own scouring of SL for things but I am sooo shopped out right now! Lol
Thanks.

You can create your own 2010 bottles of drinks for newyear, with cYo editable sculpties. We have for example: bottle of champagne, bottle of wine, glas of beer. You can edit them in Photoshop. LM of cYo: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Belmeade/182/17/70/Or search on Xstreet for cYo

There is a "party hat" in the library, but it attaches to the skull, so you would probably want to alter it to another attachment point so it doesn't displace your guests' hair... It would be simple enough to make a cone and texture it with something partyish. (Looking in my inventory - hey, I did make one. I'll drop it on you and you can rename/retexture/make your own as you like.)
I found great sculpted balloons on XStreet under birthday (it was a while ago, though) and IC Design/BOE has flat texture banners.
Not a noisemaker, but I bought a great bubble basket from KessKreations on XStreet. The owner is Kesseret Steeplechase, and she's super-nice. The one I bought was for weddings, but she changed the name so I had birthday bubbles. (You set the basket on a table, and your guests touch it for free bottles with wands so everyone can blow bubbles...)
If you're doing refreshments, I had great luck with Divivity cakes. (I think they also offer party packages, but with limited numbers of hats in the package, so maybe not for what you have planned. And I have a punch bowl from Mauve's Box that gives cups of punch - not sure, but it's possible they have or could make champagne.
I dropped you a folder with my party hat and some info in-world.
