Good animations for falling, landing, etc?

Any recommendations for animations for falling and landing (and assorted related movements; I don't quite have it sorted out which ones I need to replace yet) that don't involve flailing arms, backflips or other extremes of clumsiness or grace? I'd just like a really basic and pretty discrete set of animations for these.

Female set 5 from Abranimations has a reasonably human looking free fall and landing. Hovering and flyup/down are a little arm-flappy, but again they look more like something a real person might do, if real people could fly.
