Has anyone seen shoes with a similar shape? I'm really not a fan of the platform base but I'm coveting the look of a 5-6" heel.

I have these Thetis boots from Dark Eden that I love the shape of, but they're not appropriate for every outfit.
Has anyone seen shoes with a similar shape? I'm really not a fan of the platform base but I'm coveting the look of a 5-6" heel. _____________________

If you are, maybe it will help someone else. The appearance mode shoe base determines how high the shoe can be (as it is the only way to raise the avatar higher). The way you get the highest possible lift is via Platform Height. So platforms and highest heels are tied together. Some illusion is possible by artful placement of the shoe in relation to the foot/ankle. It's simply easier to hide that illusion when the foot/ankle are covered with prims, as in boots. Hope this helps. I'm sure if I have miscommunicated this in anyway, some one will swiftly (and hopefully gently) correct me. I really need to cut back on the caffeine at work, its keeping me awake. |
