I'm mostly just curious...how do these land barons monitor land sales so fast that they snap up cheap land almost as soon as it's set for sale? I understand there's some sort of land bot (?) involved...? Is this something that's widely available or what? Seems to take 1 second for them to show up!!!

I honestly don't know if it's legal or not, but people sure don't hide it. In some of the descriptions of land that's for sale, it boasts that the "person" who owns it is nothing but a bot or android who won't/can't talk to you and if you need help or have questions it tells you to IM the ACTUAL avatar behind it all. For example:
"This parcel has been bought by a robot using machine learning to optimize profits. As a result I am not interested in bargaining, bartering, trading, splitting, joining or otherwise accomodating requests. Contact Elanthius Flagstaff with questions." I personally have encountered land bots, which is why I was asking about it. One time I set a parcel up for sale for L$1.6/sqm and had 3 bots TP in on my head before I could even TP home myself. It was rather amusing! _____________________
